Think of what I do as drivers education for your diet. You’re always in control, but have someone right beside you to guide and help you when you need it most.

Like steering your car, you’ll have to make small adjustments over time to keep you on track. If you aren’t making those adjustments, things can get bad on the road and in your diet. Especially when conditions aren’t perfect!

There is so much information out there about nutrition that you could get lost in it. I’ve personally found over 700 diets. Yep 700. What this tells us is that there isn’t and will never be one way to eat.

There are so many things to consider like:

  • What you have access to
  • What you like or don’t like
  • What you know how to cook
  • What you can tolerate

We will meet together in person or online (whatever is better for your experience) and you’ll come away from the consultations with your roadmap of what your the next 2 weeks will look like and small skills that you’ll learn to implement into your everyday.

You’ll also get 2 check-Ins per week (by phone, text, Facebook Messenger, email or app based communications. Again, we build it with what works best for you and not what works best for us!) think of them like roadside assistance where we see together how you’ve eating and if we have to make any adjustments.
